Here are 2 spinach tarts that I made, and were half cooked in order to be reheated right before serving them

hahaha not really, you shpuld try learning arabic anr/or lebanese,
I myself find it hard and weird at times,
but the recipe is written in french so if u want i will translate it and post it in a bit

Italian icecream... hmmmmmm
I was living on top of an Italian icecream store here, walked downstairs and could buy me one, Talamini, a well known name for icecream in Holland.
