ok you guys so here's the recipe, the ingredients you can adjust according to your taste, I never fully follow any recipe but it's 95% accurate, and there is 1 ingredient that I could not translate and i doubt that you would find in Europe, so instead i made so adjustment to the whole recipe, but it's still as good as the other one so hope you'd enjoy:

Ingredients:

250 g white flour
125 g butter
6 Eggs
1 small spoon of salt
1 bottle of sour cream (Crème fraiche)
1 Philadelphia cheese
¼ feta cheese
Around 10 leaves of spinach
¼ nutmeg

Preparation:

Place the flour and salt in a big bowl along the butter and mix with your hands until consistent, then add 1 egg and mix again, leave in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes. Then place it in a floured pan and cook for around 10 minutes in an oven on full heat. Chop the spinach leaves. Mix them with the sour cream and nutmeg. Place the remaining 5 eggs, the philli cheese and the feta cheese in a blender and mix well, then add the spinach, and mix everything. Spread above the dough and put in the oven for 30 minutes on medium heat. Serve hot and enjoy.

Sorry guys... Let's talk about good Italian food

Well I love/adore/worship Tiramisù, a typical dessert of my areas...
It's made by biscuits or ladyfingers dip in coffee and they are covered with mascarpone cream whipped with eggs and sugar. And in the last layer sprinkle the cocoa powder.

A very tasty variation is to put the Nutella along with a little of mascarpone cream (do not overdo it because it becomes very heavy it is to digest food), trust me is a real treat, "da leccarsi i baffi" (=mouth-watering) [Изображение: 6a44b4fe3da57d7a70fb7157b9ce7dcd.jpg]
