these are INVOLTINI, little rolls of thin beef or chicken steaks, stuffed with cheese, ham, vegetables and cooked in wine or tomato sauce......
it's hard to explain how delicious they could be......

You cant go wrong with meat haha, those look amazing! Also do they wrap them up with edible things or you remove the rope thingy before eating?
