In Italy they're called Spiedini

Pretty much anything spicy goes, I can't really name a single favorite food. BBQ stuff is great during summer (which is not a very long period of time here in Finland). Pastas and steaks are probably what I cook most myself, making my own marinades for the steaks and having my friends say they're too spicy.

Spicy is good for the heart (and I would say that warms since you come from Finland )
