Cosa ne pensate dell'ultimo doppio live dei Metallica (Through the Never)?

What do You think of the last double CD live METALLICA?
I beleve that if they commit themselves more to a new album would be better.

I destroyed all my Original Metallica Albums since Lars Ulrich kicked Napster.
I loved the old Albums, I friend of my Father gave me the first Vinyl "Garage Days Revesited" that was awesome.
And all Albums till the Black Album too. But then they leaved 4 me. Like Black Sabbath after Vol. 4

The collaboration album Lulu was kinda bad comparated with other ones :p but stays an awsome band (my favorit)

i thought the death magnetic was one of their best....

i was a big fan since kill em all, then went off them but death magnetic was some seriously good music

Metallica was one of my favorite bands (they still kinda are) but their collaboration album Lulu was "in my opinion" their suicide pill. It was god awful. I totally respect the fact they're an aging band and they want to do something new and out of the boundaries. But also take into consideration that you have millions of fans around the globe that admire and worship the music that you had made. But hey if the box ain't broken, don't break it.

Metallica is one of the first metal bands I got into, in about 88. I think AJFA had just been released. I still like all there earlier stuff, and I kind of like ST Anger, but I do think their music went a bit mediocre during the 90's. It happens to every band that start making BIG money; they lose their edge I guess......
