Could my ISP be throttleing my upload capability?
I've recently moved and had to switch service providers. I used to have unlimited internet service, which was great as it allowed me to download and seed at will.

I now only have 40 up and 40 down max per month. I've noticed that if it takes me an hour to download 1 gig it takes about 30hrs or more to upload the same amount. making it impossible to maintain ratios. anyone else have this problem? what can be done? thanks for your help.

You could try changing your port to one between 50000 and 65535, failing that you could always rent a seedbox, but that is a bit drastic if you only use torrents here, they're mainly for use with the big 0day/scene trackers or if you're a member of several trackers to use with them all
