My first topic on this forum .

Ok, I'm a big fan of black metal in general, but since recently I've got bored by ,,classic,, black metal (to say so) and I'm trying to find some new bands more akin to Dark Forest ( http://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Dark_Forest/43479 ), Caladan Brood, Wolves In The Throne Room, Darkspace, and Numenor, but I can't seem to find such bands on my own.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well probably is stil to be considered "classic", but try Burzum (Hlìdskjalf, Hvis lyset tar Oss) or Nattefrost or Vinterriket

You say "classic" and I say that "hvis lyset tar oss" is a classic to say the less! is simply a milestone, a masterpiece and a wonderful kick in the nuts!

Ahaha of course ^^ well, I mostly referred to Hlìdskjalf, but I completely agree ^^
