something that we surely can't deny is that this forum is like a cemetery...... there are a very few new threads, and even less answers and new posts...... I think that if we all are interested that this place remain something alive, we have to try to raise the interest of the users to partecipate and to write something new...... and here in the forum as already is in the tracker, maybe a good way to raise the interest of the users, is to give some prize to the partecipation...... even in the "real life"...... the best way to raise the interest of the people is to pay......

metal-tracker needs ssl i.e. it needs to be https.. many torrent sites have ssl tracker, which helps the connection between the user and the torrent site private from our ISP. many ISP around the world are blocking torrent sites. so i would suggest that please make this site/tracker https as well..

your suggestion is good but i think this will affect the tags of the tracks which are in the standard version of the album. If only tracks which are in Japanese version or other version (other than standard version) are added/uploaded & not the whole (Japanese Version) album then the tracks which are in standard version will not have the tags of Japanese Version).

yeah not critical, I was just letting know its effect...if that happens then only tracks which have Japanese version tag or any other special version tag will be scrobbled.

With the tracker becoming ever more international and language being an issue for many users, I think it would be very helpful to simplify the rules. It is already quite challenging to understand the English translation of the rules, even for myself as a native English speaker. A simpler set of rules would be easier to translate, maybe into more languages as well.
I personally feel less rules is always a good thing. Tacitus said ""Corruptisima republica plurimae leges." Most commonly translated as: "The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws." I say less rules, more fun
Also a simpler rule set would take a lot of pressure off our long suffering moderators.

Yeah mate, I agree on that and probably no one reads them
