Search the book: "How to make a beer" by Jhon J. Palmer also you can read about of the history of beer this is other ingredient "secret ingredient" and i assure you that never, never again will taste the same...

Here in the states try pretty much anything from Stone Brewery and New Belgium. Especially if you like stouts try Stone's Imperial Russian Stout and Arrogant Bastard Ale. From New Belgium their Abbey Ale or Triple. Also Heavy Seas beers are good, especially their Marzen style Cutlass. Great Lakes Brewery, Sweetwater Brewery, I could go on and on...BTW Stone is getting ready to open a brewery in Germany.
