In order to be sure of the good quality of the audio extraction with Exact Audio Copy, at least three files are needed, the audio file, a cue file and a log file of the extraction to which a checksum must be assigned, configuring it in the program options to be able to check the integrity of the file (that is, to make sure that it has not been manipulated later) by means of the checklog tool that has EAC incorporated. With these three files, anyone can check the extraction results using CueTools.
Otherwise you will have lossless files that may contain errors or be corrupted without being able to verify them, so it does not matter if they are .mp3 or .wav.
I'm voting for another opload of this release with an EAC log file and Cue. It will prove its an actual CD rip and not a transcode.
