Length / Продолжительность: 00:38:07 Tracks / Треклист: 01. Black mass (4:16) 02. The invocation (0:50) 03. Burnt offerings (3:06) 04. The hex (0:21) 05. Possessed (2:42) 06. Call for the exorcist (3:32) 07. Death by bewitchment (4:23) 08. The trial (0:48) 09. Execution of the witches (3:19) 10. Consuming flames of redemption (1:10) 11. Megawatt Mayhem (1:10)) 12. Riding to hell (3:42) 13. Queen of the dead (3:23) 14. Lucifer's lament (5:36) 15. The banishment (0:24) Even in the strange annals of metal history, the Exorcist saga is particularly weird. As an early entry into the fledgling death metal scene, they released but one album and then promptly vanished without a trace as surely as if they went into Metal Band Witness Protection. No live shows, no album signing appearances, no interviews in crappy DIY zines, no nothing! Making them all the more mysterious was the fact that only one super crappy, out of focus photo of the band existed... | |

Well, i remember when this album coming out,in the '86 the magazines speak about the band like a side project of the Virgin Steele....by the way ,this album was really great
Yes, really great. (Realmente grande)
I got the LP... Now I will listen to it more easily... It's a must have, a fantastic band with great songs...
Thanks
Exorcist was a project with Virgin Steele Members
When I bought this back in 1986, I bought it because it had a kick a** cover on the album, Back in those days you couldn't hear this on radio, there was no internet, where I grew up, outsidde of Detroit, Michigan, we'd go down to the local record store and thumb through the new "Metal" as it was called then, and the nastier looking the album cover would be how we'd decide what we were going to buy! Got alot of good stuff that way, and yes also got some real sh*t too. I got turned on to Slayer, Venom, Exodus, Dark Angel, Anthrax, VoiVod, Testament, Suicidal Tendencies, GBH, S.O.D., M.O.D., and then we had our strike outs like, no offense to anyone - Grim Reaper, Cirith Ungol, just to name a couple. Anyway, I had to share on thius post! This is some old stuff that you just NEVER see anymore. I have my album in a protective sleeve and in just as good as condition as the day I bought it! Any collectors out there? Traders? Hit me up, I've collected hundreds over the years and guarantee they are all in great shape, just don't know if I can actually part with any of them but that all depends on what you've got! Cheers everybody!
Muchas gracias ¡¡¡
