This new album is really cool -- fast aggressive thrash metal, nothing fancy or modern, no screwing around. it's just good! I believe I'll now try their older stuff; if they still sound like this today, their old stuff might be appealing to those of us who got into thrash when we were like 11.

The 2008 Live album is excellent.
Hirax really engage with the crowd in Germany, 2008. They are all about the people first, then the music. Would have been a great show. The album really takes us there with them. If you want a great live thrash performance, check it out! Superb.
