Tartarum are a Atmospheric/Symphonic/Melodic Death Metal band that formed in April 2014 by the name "KHRYSAOR" in the island of Cyprus by Alexis Yiangoulis and Thirsos Makloklas. Later on, Paolo Batista got behind the drumkit and a year later (2015) we released our debut album named "CHAOS". Due to personal issues, almost a year later co-founder Thirsos and drummer Paolo left the band due to personal reasons. In 2017, we finished the recordings of our new album and decided to rename the band to "Tartarum" for a fresh start with new band members. The first addition to Tartarum is Chris Panteli who will take the place behind the mic.
