Pretty good, retro-sounding speedy metal from Sweden.
I got this among a pile of things in an effort to have some variety recently. Most of those things have been bifted out the window -- shitty or just boring. But I came back to these guys this evening... I see I played 1.5 tracks a few days ago before shutting them off. Today, I began with the newest EP and went backwards. I'm currently hearing [2018] The Search.
It's good! I don't know if It's quite speed metal! It's speedy, and uses appealing slightly sinister-sounding chords on the guitars, as well as some crazy screams here and there -- channeling Rob Halford.. This music for me is retro -- it sounds a lot like speedy thrash from the 80's which is fine, I like that. Not exactly generic, but not a phenomenon either -- it's just nice and pretty good.
