For some reason in Gates of Flesh some tracks appear longer in WinAmp and a section of the song is repeated when I play it. Also appear longer in Windows folder. For example "The Green Man" seems 5:08 but if I open in an editing software, it's the correct length.

Sounds like corrupted tracks. When I've experienced such anomalies with a few tracks, or an album, I re-transcode the tracks using 'Sound Converter", a small audio converter for Linux. I don't change anything, just re-encode the tracks with the same output settings as the input audio. The end result is basically a copy of the original track, usually without the glitches.
