Very heavy, very tough.
And the sympho is not overpowering nor dominant, it's incorporated nicely; quite a feat blending it with this thick, evil-sounding black death metal. Vocals are pretty much black or growled death-style; percussion heavy and adequate; deep rumbly basslines; a tiny bit of female backing vocals there, very nice! It's really good music, good musicians! I anticipate enjoying the other album which is around here too.
