Thanks for shared this work!!!!
2024 - Ayniy Kawsaypa --> Very folk music; a traditional sound overall (folk metal) with some traditional drums and maybe wind instruments... Then starts some vigor, and longing anguished vocals... Sound is a little muffled, and congested -- t00 many instruments at once? ... Track #6, I just noticed, the vocals are in English. .... There's something missing; I can't really get into this album, there's no rhythm, no sequential mood to the tracks. For me, ~6 / 10 for this album. Onto the next.
2024 - Wayrapi Waqay (Upconvert)
Track #4 is cool. Nice music. But again the sound is very muffled. Is this their sound, or is it the production? It isn't my sound settings. Still, track #4 is good otherwise. Track #5, we visit a loud bird sanctuary with very nice sound... OK, here is some lively music I can relate to -- there's finally some nice black metal sounding black metal; this album's rating just went up a little bit, but it's struggling against the constantly muffled sound. I think this group needs a better studio. Their musical abilities are good, there's potential. Again with this album, the overall theme is missing -- the music is all over the place, and it's very folky. Gehh, track #11 suddenly is at full blast.
OK there's some good music in here but it's not compensating for the inconsistent sound quality and lack ov overall rhythm. I want to like this album more than I can, but 6 / 10 ... maybe 6.5 / 10 if in the Folk Metal department.
"Queue up the next one, Moneypenny..."
2025 - Wiñay Yachay
Most enjoyable album of the three currently available here. Better sound production in this one, though still not superb. Decent music, still very much folk metally, but many tracks with a more familiar black metal feeling, with or without the folk instruments. It's halfway between folk music and black metal. There's an appealing 'far east' nature to the folk music of this group.
7 / 10 overall, with some unique sounds and pleasant folk aspects along with nice metal. If they get better production and make another album, I'll like to hear it.
Thanks again razor7, for the opportunity to hear something from our friends in Argentina.
