Anthro Halaust - Discography (2012 - 2013) (Upconvert)

  Ukrainian black metal.  

2012.. Pretty tough album. I like it. Heavy enough, angry, aggressive, dark. Not bad. Synth-augmented too.

2013.. I think I prefer the earlier style. This is decent but could be better. Tracks are very short, and while there's sinister, and anger, and a lively pace, it's a bit hollow, lacking torque, power. Gives it a shade of atmosphericity. Perhaps the percussion is suppressed, even deliberately: the heavy is just a bit subdued. Cool music though, and it does get a little heavier in the second half of this album.
