Новый альбом сочетает в себе дух предков и современный грув-метал в честь ожесточенного сопротивления народа мапуче. Эта своеобразная группа родом из Уоллмапу (Чили), исконной территории народа мапуче в Южной Америке, руководствуясь принципами сохранения своих корней и отношением к природе поют на языке их предков. В музыкальном плане, альбом очень интересно сочетает в себе народный фольклер и современный грув-метал. Лично я считаю, что это хорошее начало для такой группы. Настоятельно рекомендую!
It's cool! Chilean progressive / groove metal.
Different than my usual, and a nice, refreshing sound. In the spirit of Sepultura's Roots, this combines traditional melodies & vocals, with modern lively groove metal. It's a little thrashy, a little MDM, a little groovy, quite chunky; and a bit of "metalcore" feeling on account of clean sections occasionally. Fine sound, and I especially admire the bass guitar - it's really strong, pronounced, funky. And for what it's worth, the female vocalist reminds me of the voice of Missy Elliot. Work it, Chile !!
Chunky & funky, like triangular cookies; not quite slottable into one genre, sure, but groove & prog are close enough.
