As with the previous album of this group, this is a hybrid of black, doom, and death metals. As such, the music ranges from gloomy doomy atmospheric, to pounding black metal, with technical and perhaps progressive elements. I guess the death fits in the middle there somewhere. Synth is employed for ambiance; guitars are dischordant, percussion is steady, clear, and solid. This group is talented, no doubt. I wonder if there will be another album from them..
